Unmake is a collaborative creative research practice that draws together practioners from varied disciplines.

Unmaking across the scales of art, furniture, architecture and research.

To Unmake, is to Untether.

Unmake Studio dissolves the distinction between architecture, sculpture, furniture, and event or ritual practice – looking to create collaborative works that move across varied scales and disciplines.

We are involved in critical spatial practices that focus on unmaking dualistic spatial experiences, shifting toward an experiential understanding of a globally entangled and relational planet.

We both make, design, write, teach, cook, and host events. In these pursuits we collaborate with varied disciplines, artists, and trades.

This website acts as an archive and entanglement of our works. Moving across individual pursuits, collaborations, commisions, pedagogical projects, built, unbuilt, written and performed. It acts as a growing network of sites, materials, relationships and people that we are commited to growing and fostering through our creative research and practice.

We welcome collaborations, commisions and coversations in relation to any of the works displayed, or future projects.
